LOST / REPLACEMENT ORDERS

You WILL NOT be able to receive a replacement on any orders unless you have choose the Signed For Delivery option, any orders that may get lost or miss-handled by postal service will not be liable for replacement unless signed-for delivery is chosen. We may issue a lost replacement of your order only if you have chosen signed-for delivery.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays or losses once items have left our premises, Once all items have been dispatched it is then down to Royal Mail regarding delivery times. You will have to contact your local Royal Mail sorting depot to pursue any lost or delayed postage.

The room or area is warm and free from damp.
The surface which the graphics are to be applies must be flat, not textured
It is not suggested to reuse or relocate the vinyl stickers once they have been applied. They will not stick again.
